Your role as Senior Paid Media Consultant
Senior Paid Media Consultant at Curamando Netherlands is an advisory-focused role combining hands-on paid media expertise with growth strategy. In this role, you take ownership of paid media as a growth driver for our clients, and you are responsible for both execution and advisory, translating data into actions and business impact. You will work closely with our clients to plan, execute and optimize paid media initiatives, while also advising on growth strategy, channel mix and investment decisions.
You have deep expertise in traffic acquisition (preferably with a hands-on background in paid media and strong understanding of other channels), but also an understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics and CRM. In addition, you have a sharp eye for the latest developments in AI and can translate these innovations into practical applications for business growth and marketing.

Independently analyze data sources and translate these into clear, actionable advice and growth plans.
Present analyses, reports, and growth plans at management and executive level.
Identify commercial opportunities with existing and new clients and contribute to business development.

You have a completed university degree, preferably in (digital) business, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field.
You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience (for example as a digital marketing consultant, growth marketeer, paid media consultant, digital growth strategist)
You have hands-on experience in paid marketing, and knowledge of organic marketing (SEO, content), conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer relationship management (CRM).
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actions. You have a commercial mindset and are able to spot and capitalize on business opportunities.
You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
