Senior Manager Supply Chain

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Brand Safety QA/QC – International to lead and actively support quality assurance and food safety initiatives across our international supply chain.

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Brand Safety QA/QC – International plays a key role in ensuring all food products meet Five Guys’ quality, safety, and regulatory standards worldwide. This position works cross-functionally with Food Safety & QA, International and Domestic Supply Chain teams, and International Operations to develop, implement, and oversee robust QA/QC programs that protect the brand and support operational excellence.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and serves as a key contributor to crisis management and supplier quality programs.

Ensure food products meet all Five Guys quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Build, maintain, and manage a Quality Assurance program focused on raw materials entering the Five Guys system.

Serve as a key member of the International Crisis Management Team, working closely with the domestic team to ensure alignment and brand protection.

Conduct supplier on-site food safety assessments and review documentation for evaluation by the Purchasing team.

Supervise and support the Supply Chain QA/QC Specialist – International.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field required.

• Strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, internet-based tools, and purchasing systems.
