At Cutr were looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team.

To achieve this we need your help!
Were seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our small but mighty Sales team. Were in the early stages of expanding our Sales motion so youll play a big part in defining and building winning strategies to grow our market and developing the foundations of our sales processes for future expansion. As a Senior AE you will be responsible for acquiring our largest target accounts and building strong customer relationships with them. Youll be responsible for managing and growing your portfolio of accounts and ensuring contribution to the companys growth target.
Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Engage in negotiations for contracts and pricing agreements
Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery
Act as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.
Native Dutch speaker
- 5 years of acquisition experience in SaaS sales and/or account management or equivalent complex sales processes
- Comfortable taking responsibility and being a self-starter in a high-paced startup environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Youre coachable and have a desire to improve your sales skill set
- Experience in manufacturing wood-related industries or startups is a big plus!
