Product Manager (junior)

• ##This is a senior product role at GoDutch for someone with experience building products in fintech or fast-moving startups. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams. You help shape the future of business banking by turning complex financial needs into simple, scalable product experiences.
• ##Translate insights into results by conducting research, analysing data, and synthesising customer feedback into well-scoped requirements that empower engineering and design to ship high-quality, value-driven features.

Lead cross-functional execution by working closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and go-to-market partners to deliver products on time, measure performance, and iterate quickly.
Bring fintech or startup experience to the table by navigating complexity around payments, banking, compliance, and scale. Applying proven product judgment from high-growth startup environments.
