Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across daily business operations
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests
• Assist with data entry and document preparation
• Respond to internal and external communications
• Support travel documentation and administrative processes
• Update CRM systems and internal databases
• Assist with operational projects and workflow coordination
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, administrative support, or operations
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management software
• Experience working remotely is a plus
