ppAs an bImplementation Specialist /b at UAB-Online, you play a bkey role /b in helping our customers successfully transition to our software. You are the link between our clients, their operational stakeholders, and our internal teams, making sure customer processes are clearly understood and translated into an effective UAB-Online implementation. /p pYou bguide clients /b through the full implementation lifecycle: from mapping their current way of working and defining requirements to configuring the software, coordinating testing, supporting go-live, and ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success. You combine a bcustomer-centric mindset /b with bstrong project management skills /b and a solid understanding of software implementation processes. /p pIn this role, you work closely with clients, developers, product owners, and support colleagues. You are comfortable asking the right questions, structuring complex information, solving problems, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. Your goal is to deliver implementations that are well-prepared, well-documented, and aligned with the customer’s operational needs. /p h3What you can expect /h3 pAs an Implementation Specialist, your work is bhands-on and varied /b. One moment you may be discussing operational workflows with a customer, the next you may be configuring the software, coordinating testing, or aligning with Product, Development, and Support on the best way forward. /p pYou can expect a role in which you bbring structure to complex customer situations /b, keep momentum in the implementation process, and help turn requirements into a setup that works in practice. /p pYour work will include: /p ul liMapping customer processes and translating them into a practical UAB-Online setup /li liCreating and managing implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies /li liConfiguring the software to match customer-specific needs /li liCoordinating testing, quality assurance, go-live preparation, and handover to Customer Success /li liTraining and supporting customers so they understand how to use the system effectively (optional) /li liActing as the main point of contact during the implementation phase /li liDocumenting requirements, decisions, configurations, and handover information /li liContributing to better implementation processes, tooling, documentation, automation, and ways of working /li /ul br/ pFor this role, we are looking for someone who bcombines strong customer focus with structure, ownership, and an affinity with software implementation /b.
