Senior Manager, Centre Engagement Lead (CEL) - Field based- Hematology Benelux

Senior Manager role leading the activation and engagement of Authorized Treatment Centers in the Netherlands and Belgium for Casgevy, a gene editing therapy. The position coordinates cross-functional teams to contract, onboard, and support healthcare centers throughout the patient treatment journey, focusing on operational readiness rather than product promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assess and recommend transplant centers for Casgevy activation in Benelux region
• Lead contracting process with internal teams and external ATC stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Define and execute ATC onboarding strategy from activation through operational readiness
• Oversee training and audits to maintain consistent quality service delivery across centers
• Serve as primary point of contact resolving operational issues and supporting ongoing ATC activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Extensive biotech/pharmaceutical or medical technology industry experience
• Demonstrated negotiation and contracting experience in previous roles
• Cross-functional project management and coordination skills
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Cell and gene therapy experience desirable but not required
