Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Discovering the cause of technical faults and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Program NVR & Video Verification software. Setting up new equipment, installing CCTV systems, and connecting cabling.
  • Efficiently interact with clients and team members via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries as they come in.

Must Have

  • Knowledge and experience in cameras, cabling, IT networking principles, network configuration protocols, CCTV maintenance & surveillance setup.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Performing effectively in high-pressure situations.
