Whether it’s in the classroom, on the shop floor, or through digital platforms, you’ll inspire engineers and technicians to master the skills needed to build, operate, and maintain our advanced automated systems. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for all Vanderlande domains (Airports, Warehousing, Distribution, and more), with a strong focus on hands‑on maintenance and troubleshooting. /li liEmbrace and implement innovative learning technologies—from digital platforms to AR/VR—to enhance the learning experience and drive knowledge retention. /li liCollaborate globally with Technology, engineering, project teams, and service operations to ensure training content is always up‑to‑date and relevant. /li liAssess and support knowledge levels within our Customer Service Centres and internal teams, proactively identifying training needs and opportunities. /li liEvaluate training effectiveness and adapt your approach to maximize impact for diverse audiences. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liA technical background (HTS, PTH, or equivalent), preferably in IT, electrical, or electronic engineering. /li liExperience in technical training, ideally with digitalisation (e‑learning, AR/VR, etc.) and hands‑on maintenance in automated industrial systems. /li liStrong communication skills and a passion for making complex topics accessible and engaging. /li liA results‑driven, innovative mindset, eager to experiment with new teaching methods and technologies. /li liWillingness to travel internationally (up to 35% of your time). /li /ul h3Why Vanderlande? /h3 ul liBe part of a dynamic, international team dedicated to continuous learning and innovation. /li liEnjoy a flexible, supportive work environment with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. /li liBenefit from a competitive salary, generous vacation days, and excellent secondary conditions (including pension and insurance discounts). /li liMake a real difference by equipping colleagues and customers with the skills to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 pThis position offers a competitive salary range of €3.800,00 to €5.600,00 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
