About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to join a dynamic international logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding and international logistics, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end import and export shipments.
• Handle international freight movements across Ocean, Air, and/or Road Freight.
• Prepare and process shipping, customs, and transport documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Liaise with carriers, customs authorities, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and maintain high service levels.
• Take ownership of logistics processes and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Import & Export Operations or Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and/or Road Freight processes.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, logistics service providers, shipping companies, or international trading organizations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Dutch Fluent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customs procedures and international trade documentation.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance requirements.
• Exposure to complex logistics operations, account ownership, or process coordination.
