This hands‑on role combines remote technical support with frequent on‑site service visits, helping customers and partners get the most from Growatt products. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliProvide technical support for Growatt products across the Netherlands. /liliSupport customers remotely via phone, email, and communication platforms. /liliPerform on‑site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, inverter replacements, maintenance, and customer visits. /liliIdentify, collect, and report product failures; elevate significant quality issues and work with HQ on product improvements. /liliPrepare clear work reports and troubleshooting documentation in line with company standards. /liliLearn and support multiple Growatt product series. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in PV Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. /liliPV industry experience is preferred. /liliStrong technical troubleshooting and communication skills. /liliFamiliarity with basic test equipment, such as multimeters. /lilibFluent English is required.
