ph3Role /h3pSalt is currently hiring a Product specialist for a client of ours in Amsterdam. Role is for a freelancer with KVK/ZZP. The Product Systems Specialist is a subject matter expert in recruitment technology, responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, system deployment, and adoption. The role partners with HR SMEs, Process Owners, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and strategically aligned talent acquisition solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide functional expertise across recruitment platforms including: Workday (Recruitment) Paradox HiredScore Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment activities. /liliEnsure stakeholder alignment and sign-off on technical requirements. /liliOversee integrations and downstream system impacts. /liliEnsure compliance with GDPR, SOX, IT Security, and architectural standards. /liliCollaborate with People Technology teams (Architecture, Integration, Application Management) to align with the People Systems roadmap. /liliSupport vendor management (e.g., Greenhouse, Eightfold AI and partners). /liliMentor junior specialists and drive continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Knowledge Experience /h3ulliStrong expertise in Talent Acquisition systems and processes. /liliExperience delivering global HR technology implementations. /liliSolid understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations. /liliAbility to influence stakeholders and drive solution adoption. /lili*Rates depend on experience and client requirements /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
