Someone who wants hands‑on experience in an international company where customers come first, is motivated to make a real impact in customer support and marketing, not afraid to make mistakes (because that’s how you learn!), tech‑savvy or interested in learning the ropes, and ready to bring positive energy to our passionate CEX team and be part of a team that takes Customer Support Experience to the next level. /pKey RequirementsulliYou are a student and enrolled at a Dutch learning institution and have a valid work authorization for the EU /liliYou are fluent in Dutch. /liliYou have good English skills; additional languages are a plus (French, Dutch) but not a must. /liliYou are proactive and willing to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. /liliYou have a solution‑oriented attitude and provide a high level of service. /liliYou have interest in the client‑facing and technical aspects of customer experience. /liliYou are a creative writer and have an eye for detail. /li /ulWhat Will You Be Doing?ulliGain hands‑on experience in Customer experience, Technical support and Product Management. /liliHandle responsibilities that span from 1st to 3rd line support; including onboarding new customers, whitelistings, mapping of issues and thinking about new features for the Spryng platform. /liliLearn how to work together with Sales and Marketing departments to optimize our platform and service. /liliEngage with (potential) customers through calls and emails, addressing their needs and inquiries. /liliProvide support to customers via chat, telephone, and email. /liliAnalyse opportunities to rank better in search engines such as Google, write the content yourself that will actually ensure that we will appear higher in search results. /liliThink along with making creative content with different purposes: content that makes it easier for the sales team to bring in new customers and for the client success team to be bombarded less often with unnecessary questions. /li /ululliParticipate actively in meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions. /li /ulWhy Spryng What We OfferpWe offer you a dynamic internship in a young, tight‑knit organisation in the heart of Amsterdam.
