Functieomschrijving
- Ontwikkelen van toekomstbestendige IT/OT-beveiligingsarchitecturen, cyberstrategieën en security roadmaps voor industriële omgevingen.
- Ontwerpen van OT-beveiligingsarchitecturen op enterprise- en solutionniveau, met focus op netwerksegmentatie, zones & conduits, identity & access management, monitoring en veilige integratie tussen IT en OT.
- Vertalen van OT-risicoanalyses, volwassenheidsbeoordelingen en technische bevindingen naar concrete architectuurprincipes, ontwerpkeuzes en implementatieplannen.
- Adviseren over en begeleiden van de selectie, inrichting en integratie van OT-beveiligingstechnologieën, zoals asset discovery, vulnerability management, secure remote access, logging & monitoring en incidentresponsoplossingen.
- Leiden van architectuurtrajecten binnen complexe OT-beveiligingstransformatieprogramma’s en afstemmen met stakeholders zoals CISO’s, OT-managers, engineers, leveranciers en projectteams.

- Een hogere opleiding Bachelor of Master in Automatisering, Elektronica, Informatica, Cybersecurity of een gerelateerd technisch vakgebied.
- Minimaal 5-7 jaar relevante ervaring in industriële cybersecurity, OT-architectuur, security engineering of IT/OT-transformatie.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen van OT- en IT-beveiligingsarchitecturen binnen industriële omgevingen.
- Ervaring met industriële communicatieprotocollen, OT-netwerkarchitecturen en technologieën van toonaangevende leveranciers.
- Sterk vermogen om technische risico’s en beveiligingseisen te vertalen naar praktische architectuurkeuzes en realiseerbare implementatieplannen.
- Uitstekende beheersing van geschreven en gesproken Nederlands en Engels.
- Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen.
Bonuspunten als je hebt:
- Ervaring met OT/ICS-systemen zoals SCADA, DCS, PLC, SIS of MES.
- Geavanceerde kennis van beveiligingsarchitectuur, netwerksegmentatie en zones & conduits binnen Industrial and Automation Control Systems IACS.
- Relevante informatiebeveiligingscertificeringen bijv. GICSP, GRID, IEC62443, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, TOGAF, CCNA of CCNP.
- Kennis van regelgeving, standaarden en frameworks met betrekking tot industriële cybersecurity, zoals IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001 en sectorale richtlijnen.

Als OT Security Architect versterk je de beveiliging van industriële systemen door robuuste, schaalbare en toekomstbestendige beveiligingsarchitecturen te ontwerpen voor complexe OT-omgevingen.
Jouw expertise is cruciaal bij het vertalen van cybersecurityrisico’s, bedrijfsdoelstellingen en operationele vereisten naar concrete architectuurprincipes en technische ontwerpen. Door nauw samen te werken met klanten, engineers en securityteams zorg je voor een effectieve inrichting van OT-beveiligingstechnologieën en best practices, waardoor organisaties hun operationele weerbaarheid vergroten en hun kritieke processen beter beschermen tegen geavanceerde bedreigingen.
