Assistant Financial Controller

Different structures, processes and tax-related challenges ensure your work remains varied, challenging and rewarding. /p pYou will be part of Bertelsmann's Shared Service Center, located at the Arvato site in Gennep, where the finance activities of multiple organisations come together. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pAs an Assistant Financial Controller, you will be jointly responsible for the financial administration of one or more legal entities. You ensure financial data is accurate, reporting provides valuable insights, and processes are continuously improved. /p h3Your key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liManaging the general ledger, including reconciliations, adjustments, and month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities; /li liPreparing and analysing management reports and statutory financial statements; /li liEnsuring tax compliance in accordance with Dutch legislation and regulations; /li liIdentifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to financial processes and systems. /li /ul pYou will work with SAP on a daily basis, ensuring the financial administration is complete, accurate and well organised. /p pYou will join a team of Business Administrators, AP/AR Specialists, Managers and Controllers.
