Reporting to the Manager - Fund Services, this full-time and fixed term position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Fund Services and its’ growth. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPreparation/Reviewing of bookkeeping (e.g. accruals, interest calculations, sales entries, movements in investments according to Dutch GAAP but also IFRS) /liliPreparing/Reviewing of periodic reports /liliPreparation/Reviewing of Financial Statements and assistance with statutory audits /liliPreparing/Reviewing Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values (Investor reporting) /liliReading/understanding Fund documents like Subscription documents, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements for existing/new funds /liliPreparing/Reviewing capital call and distribution notices /liliPreparing/Reviewing waterfall and equalization workings /liliCoordinating and dealing with Fund investors on meeting investor’s specific reporting requirements /liliReviewing investor requests and any ad hoc requests from client /liliClient contact and communication with our Centre of Excellence /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliEffective client-handling skills /liliStrong prioritizing ability and organizational skills /liliAnalytical, meticulous, and systematic in approach to work /liliPossess 3-5 years of experience in audit / accounting fields in Venture Capital/Private Equity Fund industry. /liliPrior experience with another Fund Administrator or Fund Manager is preferred /liliSound knowledge of Dutch GAAP and/or IFRS /liliExcellent command of the English language, both verbal and written /liliAdequate excel skills /liliPossess a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration or equivalent; /li /ulh3Company Benefits /h3pAt Vistra Netherlands, we offer a challenging position in an ambitious organization where no day is the same.
