The Product Owner (PO) role is combined with that of the Release Train Engineer (RTE), described below, in a ratio of about 70% PO to 30% RTE. /ppThe PO not only takes input from the field: (Pre-)Sales and Customer Delivery, but also from his/her vision, research and earlier experience. The PO turns this into a product roadmap and a Program Increment Planning established once per quarter, in close collaboration with the other stakeholders. /ppThe PO is not afraid to get his or her hands dirty on use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans/cases and release notes. Jointly with the System Architects, he/she takes responsibility for promoting new releases to the sandbox and production environments. The Product Owner keeps a sharp eye on the market for competing and complementary software solutions, thus helping to ensure the Quyntess SCM apps stay ahead of the competition. /ppIn the role of RTE, you are responsible for preparing and moderating the quarterly Program Increment Planning Events (PIPE) and following up on the PI execution.
