Business Analyst Finance (Business Technology)

ppLandal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption. /p h3Over de baan /h3 pYou’ll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes. /p h3Wat je gaat doen /h3 pDay to day, that means: /p ul liGathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; /li liIdentifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions; /li liMapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains; /li liCollaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized; /li liSupporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go-live support; /li liOccasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders; /li /ul h3Wie je bent /h3 ul liA minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance Accounting; /li liStrong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR); /li liHands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus; /li liFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps; /li liClear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills; /li liFluent in English and Dutch; /li liBackground in hospitality, leisure, or multi-entity environments is a bonus. /li /ul h3Wat we je bieden /h3 ul liAn annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently; /li liA bonus scheme; /li li27 days' holiday for a full-time working week with the option to purchase 10 additional days off; /li liFlexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home; /li liWorking from home allowance of €2,45 per home working day; /li liTraining and education options; /li liParticipation in the Recreation pension fund.
