Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead global ERP transformation across multiple sites in Europe. The role combines supply chain expertise with program leadership to deploy standardized logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA while managing stakeholder engagement and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics deployment activities across program releases and multiple European sites
• Partner with process owners and teams to execute deployment strategies, timelines, and readiness assessments
• Manage end-to-end logistics processes including inventory, warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment operations
• Coordinate business simulation testing, user acceptance testing, training, and cutover activities
• Track deployment risks, issues, and KPIs; present readiness updates to leadership and governance forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or Logistics
• Minimum 6 years supply chain, logistics, ERP deployment, or program management experience
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability leading complex, cross-functional projects in global environments
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Master's degree preferred; PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred
