Director, Industrial Relations & People & Culture - Netherlands

Vattenfall seeks a Director of Industrial Relations Netherlands to lead a team of about 11 and act as the P&C country representative. You will report to the Vice President of Industrial Relations and influence social dialogue, organisational development and workforce strategy in the Netherlands. You will oversee LAB negotiations, cross-border IR projects, and represent Vattenfall externally in NL. Fluent Dutch and English and a law degree are essential assets for success.
