AI Engineer

ppWe are hiring an AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI solutions for financial workflows. This role is focused on the hands-on engineering and deployment of robust, scalable AI systems, working alongside cross-functional teams to turn technical concepts into powerful business applications. You will apply your expertise to design, implement, and optimize our core AI capabilities. This role involves building production-grade agentic platforms, integrating safety and compliance guardrails, and solving the unique engineering challenges of complex, agentic workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, product, research, and customer teams to integrate advanced AI solutions directly into mission-critical financial applications. As we deploy sophisticated agents across diverse data environments, you’ll play a key role in developing the reasoning engines and retrieval systems that power them. This is an opportunity to grow your career at the forefront of AI adoption in financial services, solving complex challenges and contributing to the intelligence behind innovative enterprise solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and maintain Agentic AI Systems capable of delivering complex tasks such as navigating enterprise-scale inventories of structured and unstructured information sources, optimizing portfolio construction and evolving trading strategies in the financial industry. /liliDevelop APIs and integration points for AI services within our product ecosystem Ensure AI models are secure, auditable, and compliant with industry standards. /liliOptimize AI models and agentic pipelines for performance, latency, and resource utilization. /liliImplement systems for model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement Troubleshoot complex issues in AI systems and implement solutions. /liliStay current with emerging techniques in AI engineering and LLM deployment. /liliCollaborate with researchers and financial SMEs to translate prototypes and business requirements into technical solutions fully integrated with the rest of the platform. /li /ulh3What You Have /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. /lili3+ years of experience in Software/ML/AI engineering, with a proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions ideally on financial systems. /liliStrong Python programming skills and experience with data science libraries, e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, writing efficient production-level code, which is well-written and explainable. /liliExperience with deploying and scaling AI models in production environments. /liliFamiliarity with large language models, transformer architectures, and generative AI. /liliKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies. /liliUnderstanding of software engineering best practices (git, version control, CI/CD, testing). /liliExperience with ML engineering tools and platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) /liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. /li /ulh3What Would Be Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience in the Financial Services industry (FinTech, Investment Banks, Fund Managers, etc.). /liliKnowledge of distributed computing, large-scale model training, agentic framework design. /liliExperience with real-time inference systems and low-latency AI services. /liliActive contributor to open-source concepts or AI frameworks. /liliKnowledge of vector and graph databases and knowledge graphs. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliCompensation Domyn offers a competitive compensation structure, including salary, performance-based bonuses, and additional components based on experience. /liliAll roles include comprehensive benefits as part of the total compensation package. /li /ulh3About Domyn /h3pDomyn is a company specializing in the research and development of Responsible AI for regulated industries, including financial services, government, and heavy industry.
