Technical Operator

The Geleen site is looking for 3 Technical Operators who will be in charge of the execution of main engineering activities including monitoring asset, maintenance & calibration tasks.

Key responsibilities:

1. Operate & monitor the Building Management System and the Equipment Management System and associated installations.
2. First contact person for equipment and system status and all breakdowns.
3. Provide first line support on request for technical assistance on shifts.
4. Monitor frequently the assets linked to the system owners to grid the monitoring of the different assets.
5. Execution of all required corrective, calibration, preventive, breakdown maintenance, and (re)calibration.
6. Perform small engineering and maintenance activities by monitoring utilities, systems, and equipment status.
7. Counseling and instructing contractors for maintenance, calibration, and qualification of all individual systems.
8. Prepare and write controlled or calibration documents and technical reports related to calibration and maintenance.
9. Report non-compliances and deviations to the organization.

Key requirements:

1. Ideally some years of experience in a technical environment (maintenance, calibration, working on machines).
2. Fluent in English and knowledge in Dutch is an asset.
3. Motivated person.
4. The relocation fees would be at your charge.

Ready to work in shifts: 2 mornings (7am to 3pm) - 2 evenings (3pm to 11pm) - 2 nights (11pm to 7am) and then 4 days off.
