We assist these internationally operating companies in various tax areas, including investments, sales processes, business transformations, and internal and external financings. /ppIn recent years, the number of transactions between affiliated parties of a multinational has significantly increased, while international regulations are also evolving. As a result, tax authorities are increasingly focusing on transfer pricing models and the policies adopted by multinational companies. This is where you can make your impact! /ppstrongWhat you will do – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world? /strong /ppFor the Transfer Pricing team in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Consultant. You will advise and assist the client in optimizing their transfer pricing model. Furthermore, you will advise on restructuring of business units (including valuations thereof). You will conduct factual investigations (such as conducting functional interviews with key employees to gain a good understanding of the organization). You will perform transfer pricing analyses and design and prepare transfer pricing policies and documentation. You will interact with the tax authorities/Ministry of Finance regarding tax audits and the prevention of double taxation. /ppYou will be joining the largest transfer pricing team in the Netherlands, with over 70 employees in 3 different locations in the Netherlands and desks in the US and Asia. Moreover, our Transfer Pricing team was recognized as the best team in the Netherlands by the International Tax Review in 2021 and 2022. /ppOur team mainly focuses (but not exclusively) on the energy and chemical sectors, with topics such as energy transition and the sustainability of production processes being high on the agenda.
