We leverage our state of the art and proprietary core technology to create win-win solutions that offer people and planet more perspective. /ppstrongThe job /strong /ppAs a Mechanical Designer at Anteryon, you will play a crucial role in the development and realization of high-precision opto-mechanical modules. You will be responsible for defining the means and methods to produce these products, including process design, tooling and equipment. /ppYou ensure that developed products and processes are industrialized with high and stable yields. You design with quality, manufacturability and process control in mind and work closely with other experts in optics and precision engineering to bring innovative concepts into reliable production. /ppstrongTasks Responsibilities /strong /pulliDevelopment and realization of opto-mechanical modules, processes, tooling and equipment. /liliIndustrialization of developed products and processes for high-volume manufacturing. /liliEnsure design for quality, manufacturability and process control. /liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within specifications. /liliSupport and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulpstrongWe are looking for /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in the assembly of fine-mechanical parts. /liliStrong affinity with precision mechanics, optics and optical applications. /liliHands-on experience with precision metrology (sub-micron level). /liliExperience with project management and working in multi-disciplinary teams. /liliGood communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage. /li /ulpstrongWe offer /strong /pulliA competitive salary depending on experience, /lili25 vacation days and 5 additional leave days (with the option to purchase up to 8 extra days), /liliThe opportunity to work at a highly innovative company where you learn something new every day, /liliAn extensive benefits package, including a generous pension plan and vitality program /liliEmployee events organized by our Culture Club. /li /ulpThe role is based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. /ppDo you want to join a dynamic, specialized and innovative company?
