About the role

We are opening a new commercial motion, and you will own it. Alongside selling directly to health systems, we are making kaiko's capabilities available to partners through APIs, so that EHR vendors and other builders can embed our technology into the products clinicians already use. That includes our clinical AI workspace, our agents (both non-certified work agents and clinically certified agents), and our underlying models.

This is a build-and-run role. You will shape the motion, from target selection and commercial model to the playbook, and you will personally close the early deals that prove it out. It is a sales-driven role, not a broad ecosystem-relationship role. Think enterprise sales into technical, product-led buyers in a complex eco-system where partners are also integration partners for our direct deployments and are potential competitors.

What you will do

• Own and grow kaiko's API partnership motion end to end, from strategy through signed, live deals.

• Sell into EHR vendors and other healthcare builders across Europe, running full enterprise sales cycles with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Shape the commercial model: pricing, packaging, and partnership structures for API access to our workspace, agents, and models.

• Build the playbook: qualification, deal process, and the materials the motion needs to scale.

• Work closely with product and engineering to translate partner needs into what we build and how we expose it.

• Represent kaiko across Europe with senior partner stakeholders, including regular travel.

• Lay the groundwork for a team as the motion proves out.

What we are looking for

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, likely more, in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.

• A track record of closing complex, technical enterprise deals, ideally involving APIs or platform and product integrations.

• Comfort selling to technical and product-led buyers, and turning a technical offering into clear commercial value.

• The judgment and drive to build something new. You can operate without a playbook and create one.

• Healthcare, health-tech, or EHR experience is a strong plus but not required. What matters most is enterprise API sales skill and the ability to learn our domain quickly.

• Based in Amsterdam or Zurich, willing and able to work across all of Europe and to travel as needed.

• Full professional English fluency. Additional European languages are a plus.
