In addition to our Cluster Booking Office, we, The Vincent Hotel Group, are immediately looking for an ambitious Meeting and Events Coordinator responsible for a portfolio of 11 hotels. It is a challenging full-time position within the TVHG commercial team!

Job description

As a Meeting and Events Coordinator you will report directly Booking Office Manager. You are jointly responsible for:

• The maximisation of income for all groups (business, leisure, meeting, events) for the 11 hotels of TVHG;
• Achieving set targets and achieving budget targets.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• The closing of deals; offering and confirming applications for all kinds of groups in accordance with the guidelines;
• Maintaining contacts with intermediaries and travel agencies;
• Ensuring keeping relevant information up-to-date about groups for the entire cluster Booking Office and Sales team;
• Working closely with the various team members, coaching and guiding them
• Carry out work within the targeted SOPs & guidelines;
• Building/ensuring long-term customer relationships (both internally and externally);
• Providing accurate and customer-oriented correspondence.

Job requirements

• MBO-certified;
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written); other languages of advantage;
• Experience within reservation systems is an advantage.

The Vincent Hotel Group (TVHG) is a Netherlands-based hotel operating platform. TVHG, currently operates 11 select-service hotel. The hotels are operated subject to franchise agreements with globally recognized hotel brands, namely Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton. The 11 assets benefit from an ideal geographical spread, with seven Hotels efficiently clustered in the Amsterdam metropolitan area and the others located in key regional centres in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Arnhem. The TVHG central office is located on the 8th floor of the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Sloterdijk.
