Als Medior Kandidaat-notaris Vastgoed werk je aan toonaangevende vastgoedtransacties voor grote nationale en internationale partijen. Je brengt stevige kennis mee en bent klaar voor de volgende stap in je notariële loopbaan.
Wat ga je doen?
- Werken aan complexe vastgoedzaken voor grote multinationals en (semi-)publieke opdrachtgevers
- Zelfstandig dossiers behandelen binnen het notarieel vastgoedrecht
- Uitdagende cases oppakken waarbij je kennis en ervaring volledig tot hun recht komen
- Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de vastgoedpraktijk
Wat neem jij mee?
- Een afgeronde beroepsopleiding of in de afrondende fase
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Kandidaat-notaris
- Stevige kennis van het goederenrecht en/of verbintenissenrecht
- Enige ervaring commerciële vastgoedtransacties of vastgoedfinancieringen is een pre;
