No day is the same, and you'll combine hands‑on support with continuous improvement initiatives. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liResolve first- and second-line IT incidents and service requests through Jira, phone, email, and walk-ins. /li liTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, Microsoft 365, and workplace-related issues. /li liSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions, and device setup. /li liEnsure employees have access to the tools and systems they need from day one. /li liManage and maintain user accounts, devices, and workplace applications. /li liCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to resolve more complex issues. /li liContribute to ITIL-based service management processes and knowledge documentation. /li liIdentify recurring issues and opportunities for automation and process improvements. /li liHelp maintain a secure, stable, and productive digital workplace environment. /li /ul h3What you'll bring /h3 pWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously improving the way IT support is delivered. /p ul liAn MBO4 degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience. /li liPreferably experience in an IT support, service desk, or workplace support role. /li liExperience with Microsoft 365 administration and end‑user support. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, VPN solutions, Citrix environments, and workplace infrastructure. /li liExperience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS). /li liFamiliarity with service management tools such as Jira Service Management. /li liUnderstanding of ITIL principles and service desk best practices. /li liStrong troubleshooting and prioritization skills. /li liExcellent communication skills in English and Dutch a minimum B2 level /li liThe ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. /li liA proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership. /li /ul h3About Sunweb Group /h3 pSunweb Group is one of Europe’s largest online travel agencies, sending over 1.3 million holidaymakers annually to unforgettable destinations.
