Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO are gaining strong momentum across the Benelux region , and we are expanding our team across sales, finance, marketing and operations to take the next step.

Now we are looking for a Sales Representative Gym & Retail in Utrecht region to help turn that momentum into even stronger growth across Utrecht – out where our brands meet consumers every day.

About the role

As Sales Representative Gym & Retail in Utrecht region , you will take ownership of how NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well perform across your region. You will spend most of your time out in the market, building relationships, growing existing accounts, opening new doors and making sure our brands are visible, available and performing where it matters.

The fitness channel is at the heart of our brands, while retail gives us the scale to reach consumers every day. You will work across both – from gyms and fitness partners to stores and other local accounts – spotting opportunities and turning them into action.

This is a get-things-done role: build the relationships, nail the execution and spot the opportunities that push the business forward.

Key Responsibilities include

• Deliver on monthly volume, distribution and other commercial targets through well-planned routes and purposeful customer visits.

• Grow existing gym and retail accounts through regular follow-ups, strong relationships, smart prioritisation and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

• Open new accounts and expand the presence of NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well across your region.

• Secure regular orders, manage availability and inventory, and make sure our brands are well placed and visible at the point of sale.

• Work with wholesalers to support regional distribution and sales.

• Keep a close eye on competitor activity, customer needs and market trends, and turn what you see in the field into action.

• Support local brand awareness through sampling, activations, events and demos, including coordinating sampling teams when relevant. Some activities will take place during evenings and weekends.

Who are you

You are ambitious, resilient and proactive, with experience in sales or account management, ideally within FMCG, retail, fitness or a related environment. You enjoy being out in the field, close to customers, and taking ownership of your own region.

You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to spot opportunities and turn them into action. Whether you are working with retailers, gym owners or fitness professionals, you build relationships quickly, understand what drives the customer and are comfortable asking for the sale.

You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where plans can change and opportunities appear quickly. You are structured enough to manage your routes, customers and priorities effectively, but you do not wait to be told what to do next.

Finally, you genuinely connect with the world of sports, fitness and active lifestyles and understand the communities our brands are part of. You enjoy working independently, while being a team player who shares insights and contributes to the wider team's success.

Essential skills to succeed

• At least one year of experience in sales or account management, ideally within FMCG, retail, fitness or a related environment.

• Based in Utrecht , with a valid driving licence and the flexibility to work across the region.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Strong local knowledge of Amsterdam and the surrounding region, ideally with an existing understanding of the local fitness and/or retail landscape.

• A genuine connection to sports, fitness and active lifestyles, and an understanding of the communities our brands are part of.
