You will work in a fast-paced environment where system performance, scalability, and reliability are critical. /ppbLocation: Onsite (employment contract with relocation support) /b /ppReporting to: Group CTO /ppbWhat you will do: /b /pulliDesign and implement scalable Python microservices in a distributed architecture /liliBuild and optimize high-performance backend systems, ensuring scalability and reliability under high load /liliIntegrate and manage third-party APIs and external services /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and system design approaches /liliWork with AWS services (e.g. Lambda, cloud infrastructure) to architect and deploy solutions /liliImprove and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in collaboration with DevOps /liliLead and contribute to code reviews, ensuring high engineering standards /liliIdentify system bottlenecks and drive performance and scalability improvements /liliTroubleshoot complex production issues in distributed systems /liliContribute to technical discussions and guide best practices within the team /li /ulpbWhat we need: /b /pulli5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Python expertise /liliProven experience building and scaling microservices architectures /liliStrong knowledge of FastAPI or Django /liliExperience working with AWS (including services such as Lambda) /liliStrong experience with Docker and containerization /liliExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) /liliStrong understanding of distributed systems and high-load environments /liliExperience designing and optimizing systems for performance and scalability /liliSolid experience integrating third-party APIs /liliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first environment /liliExperience in fintech, payments, or financial platforms /liliExperience with high-throughput systems (e.g. trading, payments, real-time processing) /liliFamiliarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems) /liliExperience mentoring or supporting other engineers /li /ulpbHiring Process: /b /pulliStep 1 - Thinking in Action (40 minutes) Your first conversation will be with our Talent Acquisition team.
