We have built the initial foundation of our Internal Controls Program, including flowcharts, Risk Control Matrices, and remediation plans for key Tier A processes. Now, we are entering the next phase. A large part of the framework still needs to be designed, implemented, tested, and embedded across the organization. While building the initial foundation, structural gaps in ownership, tooling, and governance were exposed that now need a dedicated leader to resolve.
