These projects are typically smaller in scope and complexity than our strategic transformation initiatives, but they are equally important to keep our business running efficiently, securely and reliably. /ppYou will work across Store Operations, Supply Chain and Technology domains, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and with minimal disruption to the business. /ph3bYour Role /b /h3pbr/As Technology Project Manager - LCM, you are responsible for delivering operational and lifecycle-related projects from initiation through implementation. /ppYou create structure, drive progress and ensure actions are completed. You take ownership of delivery and do not stop when the project plan is created. You stay engaged until the agreed result has been fully achieved and successfully implemented. /ppMany of your projects will focus on software upgrades, technology refreshes, compliance-related changes, lifecycle replacements, operational improvements and smaller business-driven initiatives. /ppYou work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed effectively and deliver the intended outcome. /ppWhile the complexity of your projects may be lower than those of senior project managers, you demonstrate the same mindset: taking responsibility, creating momentum and ensuring commitments are translated into results. /ph3bWhat You Will Do /b /h3ulliDrive end-to-end delivery of LCM and operational projects. /liliCoordinate activities across business and Technology teams. /liliCreate and maintain project plans, timelines and status reporting. /liliEnsure project scope, milestones and deliverables are clearly defined. /liliMonitor risks, dependencies and issues and proactively address them. /liliFollow up on actions and commitments to ensure timely completion. /liliSupport business stakeholders during project execution and implementation. /liliCoordinate testing, readiness activities and deployment planning. /liliEscalate risks or delays when required. /liliEnsure project documentation and governance requirements are maintained. /liliManage external suppliers and implementation partners where applicable. /liliContribute to continuous improvement of project management practices within the PM team. /li /ulh3bWhat You Bring /b /h3pbr/You are someone who enjoys getting things done. Instead, you actively drive progress and ensure results are delivered. /ppYou also have: /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent level of working and thinking. /lili2-4 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, implementation management, change management or a similar role. /liliExperience working in business and/or technology-related projects. /liliStrong planning and organisational skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliGood stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExperience working with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and/or Prince2. /liliStrong sense of ownership and accountability. /liliFluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
