In this hybrid role, combining product engineering with a customer quality interface, you will help ensure customer satisfaction while strengthening our internal capabilities and technical knowledge. Are you ready to take the next step in a Product Engineering role where product development, customer quality, and manufacturing capability come together? /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Design and Development /h3 ul liCreating product models and drawings using CAD software based on customer demand and production capabilities. /li liOwning and updating the product-specific design rules, derived from customer requirements and production capabilities. /li liImproving product quality together with the Quality Engineer and Operations team by addressing production issues and optimizing product designs. /li liParticipating in New Product Introduction feasibility analysis and supporting discussions with the capability analysis. /li /ul h3Customer Quality Management /h3 ul liEvaluating customer quality claims for the products within your area of responsibility. /li liWorking on the 8D problem-solving activities together with the Quality Engineer and the production team. /li liAnalyzing measurement data to suggest improvements in the product design and align with customer expectations. /li liAligning with the Application Manager and Product Manager regarding the customer specifications and related changes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent qualification within the Dutch education system /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, such as product development, quality management, product management, or a related engineering function. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skill Requirement /h3 pWe are looking for a professional who wants to further develop and grow in our organization, using their knowledge and experience.
