You execute the administration, deliver reliable reports, budgets, and analyses, and you translate financial data into clear insights for the management and shareholders. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights. You’ll also design and continuously optimize finance processes. You are proactive, analytical, and result oriented. You identify risks and opportunities and take ownership of both operational and strategic financial matters, in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. You report into the COO. /p /brh3What will you do? /h3 /brul /brliYou are responsible for our financial operations, you will manage AP, AR, bank and the finance mailbox, ensuring a timely and accurate financial administration /li /brliYou are the go-to person for all internal finance-related questions and will work closely with our People Specialist co-managing the salary administration /li /brliYou will oversee and manage the budget and will be a supportive partner for budget holders. /li /brliYou work closely with our accountants, banks, and other external stakeholders /li /brliYou manage the consolidated month-end closing and prepare management reports (PL, balance sheet, cash flow) /li /brliYou monitor cash flow, create forecasts, and proactively identify financial risks /li /brliYou work closely with the COO and fractional CFO on performance insights, reporting, and continuous improvements and initiatives /li /br /ul /brh3What will you achieve in your first 12 months? /h3 /brul /brliFinance will operate efficiently and reliably, resulting in accurate and timely consolidated monthly financial reporting /li /brliYou will have contributed to our international expansion by helping establish new entities abroad /li /brliYou will provide insights that support strategic business decisions /li /brliYou will have positioned yourself as a trusted and collaborative sparring partner to the management team /li /br /ul /brh3About You /h3 /brpYou are able to work in a structured way in a changing environment.
