ppNebius Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands /p h3About the Role /h3 pProcurement Manager responsible for administering and leading competitive bidding processes (RFPs), negotiating commercial terms (pricing and contractual), proposal analysis, commercial reports issuance, and evaluating and selecting suppliers in accordance with company policies, primarily in the areas of design, construction and operational commodity purchases for company facilities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging multiple procurement projects at one time /li liFormulating requests for proposal/quotations/information, bid analysis, tenders, and risk evaluations; coordinating development of technical specifications /li liAdministering and leading cross‑functional teams through the competitive bidding process /li liDirecting supplier negotiations and selecting suppliers in accordance with company policies /li liCollaborating with the construction management department to interpret schedules and synchronize the purchasing of materials, equipment, supplies, and furnishings to support scheduled work /li liStrategically sourcing equipment and services using a variety of methods to ensure uninterrupted supply /li liEvaluating and selecting suppliers based on their ability to deliver goods/services and meet budgetary expectations /li liNegotiating construction contracts to minimize operational, legal, and financial risks, in collaboration with internal and external legal counsel as needed /li liTracking material/service costs and supplier performance using approved metrics and tools /li liAnalyzing trends and making sourcing decisions accordingly /li liMaintaining regular contact with suppliers /li liLeading and/or participating in meetings with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure understanding of requirements and expectations /li liPerforming work according to departmental KPI goals /li liPerforming other duties as may be assigned /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSolid understanding of technical procurement for data centers, power systems, or complex industrial infrastructure. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage project‑based procurement across multiple stakeholders and locations. /li liFamiliarity with compliance, environmental, and safety requirements in technical procurement. /li liStrong verbal and written communication in English; ability to communicate with engineering teams and technical suppliers. /li liHigh proficiency in Excel and office suite. /li liExperience with ERP systems—Oracle NetSuite or similar (preferred). /li liAbility to travel as needed. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field. /li liMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in heavy construction, data center infrastructure, utility‑scale procurement, or mission‑critical environments. /li liExperience sourcing equipment from global OEMs, working with factory acceptance testing (FAT), and managing long‑lead procurement cycles. /li liFamiliarity with European procurement regulations and cross‑border logistics. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. /li liOpportunities for professional growth within Nebius. /li liHybrid working arrangements. /li liA dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pAmsterdam, Netherlands /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Seniority Level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
