Biomedical Research Technician

Als Biomedical Research Technician bestaan jouw werkzaamheden vooral uit:
- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van experimenten, gebruik makend van diverse technieken waaronder:
- weefselkweek
- celkweek (transfected cellijnen, stamcellen, spheroids/organoids, epitheliale assays)
- orgaanperfusie systemen
- confocale fluorescentie microscopie
- qPCR
- ELISA
- Analyseren, uitwerken en presenteren van experimentele data, in goede samenwerking met de scientists en projectleiders die eindverantwoordelijk zijn voor de projecten.
- Adviseren en meedenken met scientists in de te gebruiken technieken en in de opzet van procedures en analysemethoden.
- Bijhouden van ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied en het signaleren van nieuwe kansen.
- Borging van de kwaliteit in de uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
