Partnering closely with senior business leaders, you will drive the digital agenda for your assigned business domain, identifying opportunities to improve performance, accelerate transformation, and create measurable business value. /ppThis role goes beyond delivering technology solutions. You will influence strategic priorities, guide investment decisions, champion AI and digital transformation opportunities, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes for the business. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in helping ASM realize the full value of its digital investments while supporting our continued growth and innovation. /ph3What you will be working on /h3ulliBuild trusted partnerships with business leaders, data process owners, and key stakeholders across assigned domain. /liliCo-create with Business and maintain a digital roadmap that aligns business priorities with ASM's enterprise strategy and transformation objectives. /liliTranslate business strategies, challenges, and opportunities into a prioritized portfolio of digital initiatives. /liliEvaluate, challenge, and shape incoming business demand to ensure investments are aligned to strategic goals and measurable outcomes. /liliAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and Digital Transformation teams. /li /ulh3Drive value realization /h3ulliWork with Business stakeholders to define baseline metrics, target outcomes, success measures, and accountable business owners for key initiatives. /liliMonitor progress from opportunity identification through validated business impact. /liliPartner with business stakeholders to measure, communicate, and improve realized business value. /liliIdentify risks to expected outcomes and recommend corrective actions when business value is at risk. /li /ulh3Lead transformation initiatives /h3ulliPartner assigned business domain in digital transformation programs. /liliWork with Business stakeholders to enable decision-making on business process changes, prioritization, and transformation trade-offs. /liliCoordinate business readiness activities, including stakeholder engagement, training alignment, data ownership, and adoption planning. /liliIdentify and help prioritize adjacent opportunities and capabilities that extend the value of transformation investments. /li /ulh3Discover and scale innovation /h3ulliLead discovery activities and proof-of-concept evaluations to assess value, scalability, and feasibility. /liliCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to evaluate data readiness, compliance considerations, and implementation approaches. /liliPromote a culture of innovation focused on delivering tangible business outcomes. /li /ulh3Enable governance and communication /h3ulliContribute to the continuous improvement of business partnering frameworks, governance processes, and portfolio management practices. /liliDevelop executive-level business cases, portfolio reviews, steering committee presentations, and strategic updates. /liliFacilitate workshops and alignment sessions that drive informed decision-making. /liliHelp business stakeholders strengthen their understanding of digital capabilities and emerging technologies. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3pBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. /pulli8+ years of experience in business-facing technology, digital transformation, business relationship management, consulting, or related roles. /liliDemonstrated experience building business cases and driving benefits realization beyond solution deployment. /liliProven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and influence strategic decisions. /liliExperience working within complex, matrixed organizations and governance structures. /liliStrong portfolio, demand management, or transformation program experience. /liliExcellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. /liliAbility to translate complex business challenges into actionable digital and technology initiatives. /liliExperience driving business outcomes through collaboration across multiple functions and geographies. /li /ulh3What Sets You Apart /h3ulliExperience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation, or digital transformation programs. /liliExperience within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or similar technology-driven industries. /liliKnowledge of benefits management and value realization methodologies. /liliFamiliarity with enterprise architecture, portfolio management, business process transformation, and change management practices. /liliExperience identifying, evaluating, and scaling AI, automation, advanced analytics, or other emerging digital capabilities. /liliPassion for innovation and a track record of helping organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through technology. /li /ulpWe make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
