Every day, our people make a direct impact on global healthcare. /ppAs our bIT Applications Specialst /b, you will become the technical owner of several business-critical applications that support our manufacturing environment. You will work closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Validation, Global IT and our international customers. Reporting to the bDirector of End User Computing Cybersecurity /b, you will also lead the local bSite End User Computing Engineer /b. /ppIf you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving business processes and working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, this could be your next career move. /ph3What You'll Do /h3pIn this role, you'll be responsible for managing and continuously improving the applications that support our production and business processes. You'll serve as the technical owner of several manufacturing and enterprise systems while ensuring users receive the support they need to work efficiently. /ppbYour responsibilities include: /b /pulliManaging and supporting business-critical applications such as ERP, MES, Serialization and Labeling systems. /liliLeading application implementations, upgrades, integrations and improvement projects. /liliTroubleshooting technical issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams and external vendors. /liliSupporting validation, testing and change control activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. /liliWorking closely with customers during onboarding, testing and production readiness activities. /liliManaging the local End User Computing Engineer and coordinating local IT support. /liliDriving cybersecurity initiatives together with the Global IT organization to ensure a secure and compliant IT environment. /liliIdentifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve user experience and increase operational efficiency. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3pWe're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills. /ph3You bring: /h3ulliA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. /liliExperience supporting ERP, MES or other manufacturing applications. /liliExperience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and application integrations. /liliExperience with Microsoft Navision, ARC MES, TraceLink or BarTender is considered an advantage. /liliExperience within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred. /liliFamiliarity with Computer System Validation (CSV), change management and regulated IT processes. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. /liliProfessional proficiency in both Dutch and English. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pAt Alcami, you'll join an international organization where innovation, quality and collaboration go hand in hand.
