YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and determine reliable financial results, ensuring accuracy in financial and operational analyses
• Monitor progress towards financial objectives, proposing and implementing improvements based on analyses
• Serve as a critical and proactive sparring partner for various departments, offering financial insights and guidance
• Support the organization in budgeting, forecasting, and investment proposal activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Lead and take part in group audit processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
• Engage in projects to enhance financial and operational processes, contributing to overall organizational improvement
• Provide support for Arvato-wide tasks, collaborating with teams across different functions to achieve company objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher Education (HBO/WO) degree in Financial Management and Control
• Comprehensive understanding of general business concepts
• Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies
• Knowledge of financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS), taxes, insurance, and legislation
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Open to work at least one day a week in Puttershoek
• Result-oriented with integrity, showing steadfastness in decision-making.
