You’ll join one of our Coverage , Advisory or Capital Markets teams.

Our Coverage teams include: Business Services, Consumer & Retail, Diversified Industries, Financial Institutions Group, Healthcare, Media & Communications, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Strategic Investor Group, Technology and UK Coverage. 

Our Advisory teams include: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Finance Advisory, Infrastructure Finance & Advisory, Ratings Advisory and Sustainable Solutions.

Our Capital Markets teams include: Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets (split between Investment Grade Finance and Leveraged Finance).

You will have the opportunity to analyze market data, manage client transactions, and come up with innovative solutions to complex business challenges. We will provide you with the necessary support and training to help you succeed in this dynamic and collaborative work environment.:

Our nine-week program kicks off with five days of orientation and training, giving you technical and practical skills. Top performers may receive a 2028 full-time analyst offer at the end of the summer.

 

You will have the opportunity to analyze market data, manage client transactions, and come up with innovative solutions to complex business challenges. We will provide you with the necessary support and training to help you succeed in this dynamic and collaborative work environment.:

 
Job Responsibilities 

 

• Analysing market data, building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital markets advisory.
• Managing client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of our senior leaders.
• Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges.
• Learning how we help clients and communities grow, no matter their needs.
• Sharpening your technical skills.
• Building your professional network with mentors, senior executives and others.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

 

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
• Being adaptable, flexible and resilient
• Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluency in English and Dutch 
• Expected graduation date between January 2028 and December 2028. If you plan to pursue further education beyond your undergraduate studies, please ensure this is accurately reflected in the graduation date entered on your application

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Being on-track for a United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in your undergraduate studies.
