pEen groeiend platform, data die omgezet moet worden in actie en een klantreis die vraagt om schaalbare uitbreiding. Deze B2B SaaS-speler bouwt de Intelligence Layer voor multisite organisaties en verwerkt gigantische hoeveelheden gegevens voor de Benelux. Wil jij als strategische én operationele aanvoerder de volledige post‑sales motor naar een hoger niveau tillen? Dan is dit jouw kans. /ph3Bouwen aan de customer success motor /h3pAls Head of Customer Success (Player‑Coach) krijg je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de volledige klantreis vanaf contracttekening: onboarding, implementatie, retentie én expansie. Je leidt een team van vijf specialisten (CS, onboarding, data/finance experts) en maakt hen zelfsturend. De retentie is sterk; jouw focus ligt op het schalen van honderden naar duizenden accounts en het aanjagen van de NRR. Je rapporteert direct aan de CEO. /ph3Meer dan alleen een team aansturen /h3pJe combineert tactisch overzicht met hands‑on meebouwen. Innovatie staat centraal: je verankert AI‑agents in de workflows om repetitief werk te automatiseren. Zo maak je het team sneller en creëer je ruimte voor strategische klantgesprekken. Je bouwt schaalbare playbooks, stroomlijnt de overdracht naar Account Management en gebruikt data om groeikansen direct te verzilveren. /ph3Kan ik het ook? /h3pJe hebt 5+ jaar ervaring in B2B SaaS Customer Success en circa 2 jaar ervaring met het bouwen en leiden van een team. Je snapt de combinatie tussen SaaS en service, bent commercieel scherp (zonder verkoper te zijn) en werkt van nature AI‑first. Je neemt beslissingen met daadkracht, werkt autonoom en hebt affiniteit met datagedreven processen en duurzaamheid. Nederlands op (near‑)native niveau is vereist. /ph3Wat krijg je terug? /h3pEen marktconform salaris met een variabele beloning, een goede pensioenregeling en 27 vakantiedagen (+ feestdagen).
