ph3Job Summary /h3 pWe are looking to expand the Manufacturing Engineering team at Fokker Landing Gear in Papendrecht. For this reason, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Measurement Inspection (CMM Programmer) to strengthen our Industrialization Systems team. As a Manufacturing Engineer at our multi‑technology manufacturing campus, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and seamless production of landing gear components. In this specialized role, you will lead measurement and inspection engineering activities, including CMM programming and inspection strategy development. Your work will directly support the delivery of high‑precision aerospace components, contributing to the safety and reliability of aircraft worldwide. You will act as a key interface between manufacturing, quality, and engineering, supporting operational deliveries through robust measurement solutions, product documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. /p h3Fokker Landing Gear /h3 pFokker Landing Gear, part of GKN Fokker, is a recognised specialist in landing gear and related systems. We focus on the design, development, production and assembly of complete landing gears, as well as the repair and reassembly of systems already in use. We contribute to leading aerospace programmes such as the Apache combat helicopter, F‑35 Lightning II (JSF), Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 and the NH90 maritime combat helicopter. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain CMM programmes (ZEISS Calypso) in accordance with ISO and ASME standards. /li liDefine and implement measurement and inspection strategies for complex aerospace components. /li liSupport manufacturing by preparing and managing inspection and product‑related documentation. /li liAnalyse measurement and production data to improve process capability and product quality. /li liManage and support resolution of non‑conformances. /li liApply root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) principles. /li liSupport first‑article inspections (FAI), industrialisation and process validation activities. /li liCollaborate closely with production, quality and external suppliers to resolve technical challenges. /li liEnsure compliance with GKN Aerospace Health, Safety and Environmental policies. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liMinimum 3 + years of CMM programming experience, preferably in aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing. /li liStrong expertise in ZEISS Calypso (certification is a plus). /li liSolid understanding and application of GDT (ISO ASME standards). /li liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or a related Engineering discipline. /li liExperience with measurement systems and inspection processes in a production environment. /li liFamiliarity with methodologies and tools such as APQP, MSA, SPC, QCP, PFMEA and RCA. /li liKnowledge of ZEISS PiWeb and holding AUKOM certification is advantageous. /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. /li liExperience in aerospace manufacturing and precision machining processes is a plus. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3What we’ll offer /h3 ul liA gross salary up to €5 715 per month, based on the CAO Metalektro salary scale K and depending on experience and qualifications. /li li40 paid holidays for full‑time employment. /li liWorking conditions according to the CAO Metalektro, including an excellent pension scheme and travel allowance. /li liA collaborative working environment committed to achieving the best results for our customers. /li liOpportunities for career and personal development. /li /ul h3Extra Info /h3 pYou can apply by clicking on the ‘apply’ button and attaching your CV.
