ph3Job Description /h3pAs a bProjectmanager /b bNorthern Europe /b, you play a key role in shaping and accelerating end-to-end supply chain transformation across the Northern European cluster. You support, initiate and lead improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience and sustainability, while translating strategy into tangible impact. Acting as a true change agent, you connect processes, technology and people to deliver measurable results. /ppYou operate across Retail and Out-of-Home businesses and work closely with six country Management Teams and the Northern Europe Supply Chain MT. You lead functional transformation projects with up to €1 million PL impact and actively contribute to larger strategic initiatives that drive significant improvements in cost, service and operational excellence. /ppbWhat you will do /b /pulliIdentify and realize opportunities in process optimization, automation and digitalization. You support the Supply Chain Transformation Lead in building and executing the Northern Europe supply chain roadmap and contribute to the long-term supply chain vision. /liliManage functional transformation projects from design through implementation, ensuring clear milestones, risk management and on-time delivery with measurable business outcomes. /liliWork closely with commercial teams and cross-functional partners across the Northern Europe cluster. You communicate progress, impact and benefits clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders. /liliSupport the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to improve supply chain visibility and performance. You analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based decision-making. /liliApply effective change management approaches to ensure smooth implementation.
