Has theoretical knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors, HR processes and HR data. Activities require analysis and alignment with HR stakeholders and others within the job area. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage Day2Day SuccessFactors data and process execution for Learning, Succession, Talent, Performance and Compensation /li liMonitor Day2Day SuccessFactors Admin Centre and Position Mgmt /li liProvide SuccessFactors system, process and data functional expertise to HR stakeholders and translate requirements into clear instructions for the AMS Infosys /li liMaintain and enrich our Caldic HR Functional SuccessFactors workbook that supports our SuccessFactors performance and changes by leveraging the Config Workbooks e.g. link data fields with processes and x-module /li liDeliver SuccessFactors improvements e.g. RBP, Workflow, data fields, reports and integration /li liCoordinate SuccessFactors incidents and changes /li liMonitor SuccessFactors Tickets and drive ticket prioritization and resolution /li liMonitor the HR Reporting Catalogue and develop new SuccessFactors reports or adjust existing reports, to meet business requirements /li liExecute Data Quality checks through SQL and facilitate the Data Quality process with local-regional HR admins /li liManage the Data provisioning process to Caldic’s Global Data Platform /li liRun X-functional data analysis and actively resolve issues in SuccessFactors /li liContribute to X-functional Data projects /li liProduce HR reports via SQL and Power BI e.g. Annual report or ESG /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and system issues into clear insights and solutions. /li liFunctional understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. /li liData-driven mindset with advanced SQL skills and the ability to work with HR data and reporting. /li liEffective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with HR stakeholders and external AMS partners. /li liGood prioritization and coordination skills, with the ability to manage incidents, changes and tickets while keeping day-to-day operations running. /li liChange-minded and improvement-oriented, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in SuccessFactors, data and reporting. /li liHigh attention to data quality, accuracy and timely execution. /li liAbility to work effectively in an international and matrix organization. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. /li liFunctional expertise in SuccessFactors Core HR, particularly Employee Central, Time-Off and Reporting. /li liWorking knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning, Succession, Talent, Performance and Compensation. /li liAdvanced SQL skills and experience with HR data analysis and data quality checks. /li liExperience with Power BI and HR reporting. /li liExperience translating business requirements into SuccessFactors system solutions and clear functional requirements or instructions. /li liExperience coordinating SuccessFactors incidents, changes and tickets. /li liExperience working with HR stakeholders, HR administration and cross-functional data initiatives. /li liExperience with data provisioning and/or HR data platforms. /li liExperience in project management and working in an international, matrix organization. /li liFluent in written and spoken English. /li liExperience with SuccessFactors, Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Synity is relevant. /li /ul h3About Caldic /h3 pAt Caldic, we’re a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse markets across the world.
