We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager – AMS to lead and oversee end-to-end application support and service delivery for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services. We offer you not only a learning environment with modern “on‑demand” learning methods in which you can deepen your knowledge, but you will get to apply those learnings in real‑time. /ppbRole /b – Program Manager /ppbTechnology /b – SAP AMS, SAP S4 Hana /ppbLocation /b – Netherlands /ph3Job Description /h3ulliRelevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC) functional and/or subject matter expertise can supplement for years of direct SDM experience /liliExperience in a people management role, leadership /liliExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. /liliStrong acumen to understand the business needs and ability to manage services in a very dynamic environment /liliKnowledge and experience with SLA’s, OLA’s, and Contracts in insourced or outsourced environments. /liliGood understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge. /liliKnowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio. /liliIdeally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications /liliKnowledge and experience with Agile and Lean process methodology preferred /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliAs the one face to the customer, you will take along various service lines, giving guidance to the relevant delivery heads on the staffing needs, commercials, availabilities and the interests of the service lines even as you try to build synergies amongst them to craft efficient, lean and quality solutions for your customers. /liliOversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. /liliMaintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs. /liliManage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly. /liliServe as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection. /liliCoordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships. /liliIdentify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client business operations. /liliRecommend and implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. /liliMonitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and implementing performance metrics. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ulliITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management. /liliExperience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools. /liliPMP or other project management certifications. /liliFamiliarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform). /li /ulh3Personal Skills /h3pIn addition to the job‑related qualification of the candidates, we place great value on personality suitability and fitment: /pulliPronounced ability not only to analyze but to connect the dots and think laterally /liliA high degree of pro‑activeness and leadership /liliPassion for being customer focused and establishing long term relationships /liliIntense drive for excellence and quality /liliExcellent communication skills /li /ulh3About Infosys /h3pInfosys is a global leader in next‑generation digital services and consulting.
