You will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Quality, Environment, Safety Health policies across our sites in Son, Echt, and Nijmegen. /p pLeading a team of approximately 20 professionals, both directly and indirectly, within Quality and ESH, you will create the conditions that enable the organization to achieve its quality, safety, health, and environmental objectives. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement, compliance, and organizational development, translating strategic goals into tangible results. /p pIn this role, you will drive a consistent quality approach across multiple locations while considering different markets, customers, and regulatory requirements. You will have overall responsibility for the quality management systems at our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified sites in Son and Echt, as well as our IATF 16949 certified site in Nijmegen. You are organizationally aware, decisive, and naturally driven to improve. /p pWith excellent communication skills, you are able to engage employees, management, customers, and external stakeholders and successfully lead change and improvement initiatives. /p pAdditionally, you have: /p pA Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. /p pA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a comparable technical manufacturing environment. /p pAt least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. /p pProven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, preferably across multiple locations. /p pExtensive knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949. /p pKnowledge of ISO 14971 and MDR is considered a strong advantage. /p pExperience with certification processes, audits, and continuous improvement programs. /p pKnowledge of Health, Safety Environment processes and relevant legislation. /p pA customer-focused, results-driven, and analytical approach. /p pA positive, entrepreneurial, and pragmatic mindset. /p pExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. /p h3Job requirements /h3 h3Your daily responsibilities include /h3 pAs QESH Manager, you will be responsible for developing, safeguarding, and executing the QESH strategy across our sites in Son, Echt, and Nijmegen. You will ensure that quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations are embedded in daily operations while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. /p pYour responsibilities further include: /p pDeveloping and implementing the QESH strategy in line with organizational objectives and translating it into KPIs, improvement programs, and annual plans. /p pLeading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 20 QESH professionals. /p pMaintaining and continuously improving management systems across multiple sites. /p pEnsuring compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations, while safeguarding adherence to ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards. /p pInitiating, leading, and embedding organization-wide improvement programs focused on quality, compliance, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. /p pLeading the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal, external, and certification audits. /p pManaging relationships with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and other external stakeholders in the areas of quality, safety, and compliance. /p pTaking ownership of the ESH policy and working closely with the Health, Safety Environment Coordinator and Prevention Officers to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. /p pAnalyzing performance, risks, and trends and reporting findings to the Managing Director and Management Team. /p pLeading strategic projects within your area of expertise and contributing to the further growth and professionalization of the organization. /p pbTogether with your team, you ensure that quality, safety, health, and environmental management are not only safeguarded but become a true competitive advantage for both our organization and our customers. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
