As Technical Trainer you are responsible for the design, development and delivery of technical training. For both our customers and our Vanderlande employees. Our technical trainers are experts at embracing innovation and mastering technology. They are passionate about improving others and representing our products, team and organisation. /ph3Your Department /h3pOur Veghel based department, Global Learning Content Development, is responsible for customer training and documentation delivery for Airports, Parcel and Warehouse projects world-wide. The department also works for business unit Technology to deliver all manuals in product development. The team consists of around 35 professionals, working from several offices world-wide. They are dedicated to deliver an optimal knowledge transfer to our customers and Vanderlande employees to understand how to build systems, how systems work, and how they can be safely operated and maintained. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver technical customer training courses for mainly Warehouse Solutions and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems. /liliDevelop, amend and revise training materials. /liliMonitor knowledge levels within existing and new Customer Service Centres and, if required, proactively support with training. /liliCooperate with RD in development of new products, product life-cycle issues and to identify essential competences. /liliEvaluate training effectiveness. /li /ulpYou will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, where you frequently interact with sales, project teams, engineering, RD and service operations. /ph3Your Profile /h3ulliHigher technical education like HTS or PTH, preferably IT/electrical/electronic; /liliExperience in training and digitalization (e-learning, augmented reality etc); /lili3-5 years experience in the field of automated industrial systems, preferably in a service environment; /liliExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; /liliProven ability to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment, prioritizing accordingly and escalating appropriately. /liliField experience and experience with computer programs and diagnostic tooling; /liliFluent in English both written and spoken, other languages are an important plus; /liliResults oriented, determined and confident; /liliProven analytical and problem-solving skills; /liliPrepared to travel abroad up to 35% of your time. /li /ulh3What do we offer? /h3pIn this position you are able to pave the path to success.
