We collaborate openly, learn continuously, and bring different perspectives together to create reliable solutions. /ph3Your impact as Senior Mechanical Engineer /h3pAs a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will own the mechanical development of key components and systems within our autonomous charging solutions. From early concepts and prototypes to production‑ready designs, you ensure our products are robust, reliable, manufacturable, and scalable. /ppYou will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Together, you will solve complex engineering challenges and continuously improve our products. /ppYour expertise will directly contribute to building charging technology that enables the transition towards more sustainable transportation. /ph3Job requirements /h3h3In this role, you will /h3h3Design and develop innovative hardware /h3pOwn the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components for Rocsys products. /ppTranslate concepts into detailed designs, prototypes, and production‑ready solutions. /ppDevelop robust mechanical solutions, including mechatronic components such as actuators and sensors. /ppSupport prototype builds, testing, validation, and continuous improvement based on test results. /ph3Improve reliability and scalability /h3pDrive improvements in product reliability, performance, cost, and manufacturability. /ppApply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to create scalable solutions. /ppCollaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure designs can be produced efficiently. /ph3Collaborate and contribute to engineering excellence /h3pWork closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration between mechanical, electrical, and software components. /ppCoordinate with external engineering partners when additional expertise or capacity is needed. /ppContribute to improving engineering processes, technical standards, and ways of working within Rocsys. /ph3What you bring to Rocsys /h3pYou are an experienced mechanical engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and bringing innovative products from idea to reality.
