More than 19,000 people use our software every day, across more than 100,000 buildings. Now we’re building BriqSafe: one AI-driven platform for water, fire, asbestos and more. We’re 35+ colleagues in 5 countries, with our home base in Amsterdam.

What You’ll Achieve

• In your first 3 months, the first version of the studio runs in production, connected to HubSpot, Webflow and our knowledge base
• In your first 6 months, the studio serves every market and channel we work in, and you track pieces per week and time from brief to live
• In your first 12 months, a new country means configuring the studio, not hiring a team, and you’ve started building our community with customers and partners

What You’ll Do

Your mission: build the engine behind our content, not every piece of content yourself.

• Design and build the agent system: agents, workflows and prompts, connected to HubSpot, Webflow and our knowledge base
• Build brand voice, brand rules and compliance facts into the agents, so every output is consistent without editing each piece
• Design the human-in-the-loop: where people approve, correct or reject, and how those corrections make the agents better
• Adapt content to every market, language, audience and channel, and keep it current when a product feature or regulation changes
• Run landing pages, SEO, AI search visibility, events and sales material through the studio, not by hand
• Build an agentic research system that tracks competitors, trends and regulation, and turns it into GTM insights

Core, used daily: LLM APIs, MCP, n8n or similar, HubSpot, Webflow and Git.

Your Team

You report to our Head of Growth and GTM. This is a senior individual contributor role, without direct reports. You turn input from GTM and product marketing into briefs for the studio, and you approve what goes live.

What You Bring

You’re a builder first, with the creative eye to steer what the system makes.

• 2+ years building AI agents or automated marketing workflows that run in production, with LLM APIs, n8n, Make or Zapier
• A track record of raising content volume and speed with AI, without losing quality or brand consistency
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, content or growth, ideally in SaaS
• Sharp editorial judgement. When output is off, you fix the system, not just the piece.
• Experience with SEO and GEO (AI search visibility), and fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience in compliance, proptech, facility management or another regulated B2B field
• Experience running events end to end, from concept to follow-up
• Experience with competitive research and sales material for GTM teams
