A key part of the mandate is building a forward-leaning, AI-driven team that uses data, automation and AI as practical tools, not buzzwords. For a finance leader who wants to be close to the business, close to decision-making, and directly involved in shaping both company performance and the future of finance — this is that opportunity. /p pMore specifically: /p ul liServe as a senior sparring partner to the CFO, Executive Team and business leaders, delivering fact-based insights on performance, risks and value drivers /li liTranslate financial analysis into concrete recommendations that improve revenue, margin, cash flow and enterprise value /li liConstructively challenge business plans and decisions with a commercial mindset /li liOwn the full budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycle, including high-quality variance analysis and scenario modelling /li liEnsure leadership always has a clear view of performance, assumptions, risks and required actions /li liTransform Business Finance into a modern, insight-led function using data, analytics, automation and AI /li liAutomate recurring reporting and forecasting to free up capacity for higher-value analysis and decision support /li liDrive adoption of AI-enabled tools and build team capability in data literacy, analytical thinking and financial modelling /li liPartner with Finance Transformation, IT and business teams to build scalable analytics solutions and a single trusted view of performance /li liLead and develop an international team of Finance Business Partners and FPA professionals /li liBuild a high-performance culture: analytical, proactive, commercially oriented and accountable /li liCoach team members to grow as business partners and value creators, with clear roles, priorities and deliverables /li liFoster strong cross-functional collaboration across finance, commercial, operations and technology /li liTurn complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decisions /li liPrepare high-quality materials for the Executive Team, Board and shareholders — ensuring all reporting is decision-useful, not just accurate /li /ul h3What you will bring: /h3 pYou are a seasoned finance leader with a strong commercial instinct/passion. You combine rigorous analytical thinking with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, and the leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing international team. You are hands-on, structured and action-oriented — and you are genuinely excited about using AI and automation to make finance smarter, faster and more impactful. /p pMore specifically, we are looking for a professional that brings: /p ul liSignificant FPA, business finance or commercial finance experience, including leading international teams /li liDeep understanding of PL, margin dynamics, cash flow and value drivers, with strong analytical skills across modelling, scenario analysis and performance diagnostics /li liExperienced in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and management reporting, with direct exposure to senior executives and board-level reporting /li liAble to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liPractical experience using AI, automation and analytics to modernise finance and move away from manual, spreadsheet-heavy ways of working /li liMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related field; additional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or MBA are a plus /li liBackground in technology, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, automotive or high-growth international business preferred /li liHands‑on, pragmatic and results‑driven; able to create structure without bureaucracy in a high‑growth, scale‑up environment /li liAnalytical and commercial: you get to the real drivers behind performance, not just how results are reported /li liDirect and constructive: you challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and without unnecessary friction /li liStructured and action‑oriented: you run robust planning cycles and stay focused on decisions and execution /li liForward‑leaning and pragmatic about technology: you find practical ways to use AI, automation and analytics to make finance faster and smarter /li liA capability builder and team leader: you develop people analytically, digitally and as business partners, and thrive leading international teams in high‑growth environments /li /ul h3What we can offer: /h3 pWork with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
